3 Year Graduate Programme, with an opportunity to apply for a permanent role upon conclusion
The Finance Graduate Programme is targeted to graduates/students currently in their final year of University who seek a career within Finance. The programme will include study towards a professional accounting qualification (ACA), whilst on a structured rotation plan across different teams within the Finance function. The successful candidate will be embedded into the Arch Finance department to obtain knowledge and professional skills, whilst gaining a comprehensive understanding of the distinct roles across the function. The programme will commence in September 2025.

Finance Graduate Programme – Skills Developed

Qualifications & Experience

Expected/achieved minimum 2:1 classification in an Accounting/Finance related degree
Arch seeks candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, possess strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about the insurance industry.
