Serve as the daily client contact for institutional digital-asset clients, accurately capturing and executing orders, fiat payments, and token transfers. Monitor client channels, resolve payment exceptions, confirm settlement details, support portal and API adoption, and coordinate client go-lives with Operations and Technology. Escalate suspicious activity, maintain accurate records, support Account Managers with client insights, and improve automation while adhering to maker-checker, compliance, and conduct controls.

Own institutional client relationships from strategic introduction through onboarding, go-live, and account growth. Build business cases, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, and manage complex multi-entity implementations. Maintain account plans, expand products and payment corridors, monitor client health, support KYC reviews, record CRM activity, and escalate compliance concerns.

Designs and maintains high-performance JVM applications for digital-asset trading and settlement. Responsibilities include developing microservices, REST APIs, WebSockets, SQL and NoSQL data schemas, Kafka messaging, Redis caching, and cloud-native AWS solutions. The engineer collaborates with business stakeholders, DevOps, and frontend teams; supports GitLab CI/CD; and implements observability, structured logging, scalability, availability, and data integrity across a regulated financial platform.

Own institutional client relationships end to end, including strategic introductions, commercial proposals, complex multi-entity onboarding, compliance coordination, go-live, and account growth. Manage onboarding timelines, KYC/KYB documentation, client reviews, product and corridor expansion, revenue activity, and continuity coverage. The role requires strong relationship management, commercial judgment, project coordination, and knowledge of payments, stablecoin settlement, and regulated institutional clients.

Lead legal strategy for a regulated institutional digital-asset brokerage scaling stablecoin payments. Advise the CEO, board, product, engineering, commercial, finance, and compliance teams; oversee UK, ADGM, EU, US, and Canadian licensing; negotiate institutional, banking, technology, custody, and payment agreements; manage governance, privacy, employment, disputes, entity structures, and external counsel; and build the in-house legal function.

Hunts and qualifies institutional prospects across Asia-Pacific for stablecoin on/off-ramping and wholesale cross-border payment services. Builds target lists, conducts account-based outreach and discovery, validates trading readiness and permissibility, prepares Gate 1 handover packages, and coordinates initial strategic meetings with Account Managers. Maintains HubSpot data quality, provides market intelligence, and does not manage onboarding or live accounts.
