Lead and scale Zeta’s UK enterprise new-business sales organization. Own strategy, pipeline, forecasting, revenue targets, strategic customer acquisition, executive relationships, complex negotiations, and enterprise sales team performance. Initially serve as a player-coach by personally managing major opportunities while coaching and recruiting Enterprise Account Executives. Partner with marketing, solutions consulting, product, data, services, customer growth, agencies, consultancies, and strategic partners to build a repeatable go-to-market motion.

Builds and manages a Key Account Director organization, establishes strategic account plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, identifies expansion opportunities, manages customer risk, and improves revenue retention and product adoption. The role develops repeatable customer-growth playbooks, strengthens executive engagement, and scales the model across EMEA.

Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across EMEA, partnering with hiring managers and the Global TA team. Source, screen, interview, manage offers, and ensure compliant, inclusive hiring. Improve onboarding, gather feedback, coordinate cross-functional transitions, monitor hiring metrics, and support regional People projects to enhance employee experience.

Manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns, build strategic client and agency relationships, deliver reporting and insights, lead status meetings, collaborate with sales and analytics for upsells, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Lead EMEA programmatic activation, directly managing UK programmatic campaigns and margins, overseeing the France trading lead, setting presales pricing, supporting sales and account growth, troubleshooting ad ops/tracking issues, building a London AdOps team, and partnering on analytics and post-campaign reporting to meet client KPIs.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop and maintain Lua business logic for ad serving, ensuring performance and reliability while collaborating with product teams on feature delivery.

The Senior Director, Strategy Consulting role involves guiding mid- to C-Level executives on brand and marketing strategies. The candidate will develop analytical roadmaps, drive client presentations, and manage client loyalty programs while ensuring business growth and improved ROI through omni-channel solutions.

Lead development of strategic, KPI-driven media plans and RFP responses for EMEA programmatic sales. Own end-to-end planning, present recommendations, design cross-channel campaigns (display, video, social, CTV, DOOH, audio), use internal and third-party data for targeting, collaborate with sales/analytics/partnerships, and improve proposal templates and workflows to drive revenue and consistency.

Design, operate, and enhance Zeta's lakehouse compute platform. Implement features, optimize Spark-based processing, collaborate with data scientists, contribute upstream patches, mentor engineers, and improve platform reliability and cost-efficiency.

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the architecture and development of the Zeta Marketing Platform's Addressability part, focusing on real-time data processing, mentoring developers, and collaborating across teams to build scalable solutions.
