Own the end-to-end accounts receivable and order-to-cash process, including invoicing, multi-currency transactions, credit checks, collections, AR ageing, cash forecasting, VAT and duties, and revenue accruals. Manage two AR Assistants, collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance, resolve payment-blocking issues, and improve processes as the company scales.

Own the vision, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes for a Zencargo product area. Lead customer and operational discovery, process mapping, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, commercial teams, and leadership to develop logistics automation and AI-powered features. Use research, product data, customer feedback, and AI tools to improve supply-chain workflows and business outcomes.
