As an Engineering Manager, lead a data engineering team to enhance Yuno's data platform, ensuring reliable processing of payment events, guiding technical decisions and cultivating a strong team culture.

Own and scale the corporate IT stack for a fully remote global company: manage MDM for macOS/Windows, administer identity (Okta/SSO/MFA/SCIM), govern SaaS and OAuth, build security and compliance controls (SOC 2/PCI/ISO), automate onboarding/offboarding and workflows with scripting, act as senior escalation for complex issues, and maintain runbooks and documentation.

Lead architecture and build scalable, high-throughput payment systems; mentor engineers; drive technical vision, cross-team delivery, and quality through testing, observability, and CI/CD. Define AI-native engineering practices and optimize performance for global fintech workloads.

Own strategic European partnerships with acquirers, banks, alternative payment providers, and fraud vendors. Generate qualified pipeline through referrals, co-selling, joint marketing, and account-based campaigns; sell Yuno’s payment orchestration services directly to partners; negotiate commercial agreements and revenue-share models; expand partnerships; manage QBRs and account plans; and collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance to convert opportunities into revenue.

Own the end-to-end major incident lifecycle: act as incident commander for Sev-1 events, improve MTTR and on-call practices, run blameless postmortems, drive reliability metrics and roadmaps, manage incident communications and status updates, and define incident operating models, runbooks, and severity frameworks.
