Manage multidisciplinary modification projects inside operational EMEA data centers, ensuring resiliency and uptime. Lead planning, contracting, execution, vendor collaboration, documentation, KPIs/SLAs, root-cause analysis, and project closeout.

Join Group Reporting to support month-end close, prepare accrual and cash-basis reports, consolidate group financials, prepare financial statement sections for audit, advise on technical accounting, and drive reporting process improvements and ad-hoc analysis across the business.

Build and manage financial models and valuations to support transactions and investments. Support financing, due diligence, data room management, legal negotiations, and prepare presentation materials. Perform financial analysis with Development and Finance teams, research market trends, assist commercial negotiations, and support business strategy and project delivery.

Provide regional mechanical SME for data center operations: define mechanical operations standards, support incidents and RCAs, review maintenance and changes, input to design/commissioning, lead small-to-medium projects, manage lifecycle and OEM/vendor interactions, and deliver technical training to improve site capability while ensuring safety and SLA adherence.

Manage accounting and financial reporting for four EMEA AssetCo entities: month-end reporting, cash flow review and presentation, AP and tax monitoring, budget/forecasting, debt covenant oversight, and year-end financial statements and audits; liaise with Design & Construction on budgets and drawdowns.
