The assistant will support daily business activities while completing a fully funded Level 3 Business Administration qualification, receiving structured training, coaching, mentoring, and practical workplace learning. No previous industry experience is required; candidates should be organized, proactive, communicative, adaptable, curious, and enthusiastic about entertainment and creative industries.

Provide administrative support to Music agents and assistants: compile ticket counts, enter show deals in in-house software, review contracts, perform research, assist with immigration processes for clients, and cover overflow tasks. Participate in meetings and ad hoc duties, with training and progression toward agent assistant roles.
