Identify complex opportunities, engage multiple stakeholders, qualify leads, and coordinate handoffs to Account Executives. Build consultative relationships, support long sales cycles, achieve sales targets, and develop expertise in HR, wellness, and people trends.

Identify and prospect fitness partners across UK & Ireland, manage full sales cycle from outreach to partnership launch, hit daily KPIs and monthly quotas, maintain high-volume outreach and follow-up, and manage stakeholder expectations while using provided sales tools.

Provide commercial legal support across European jurisdictions: draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; advise business stakeholders; optimize contract processes and templates; implement Legal Tech (AI/CLM) solutions; develop SOPs and training; ensure regulatory and data protection compliance while enabling business strategy.
