Responsibilities include planning content calendars, creating and optimizing social-first content, managing influencer and creator collaborations, driving community engagement, supporting launches and events, tracking analytics and social listening, and sharing performance insights with marketing stakeholders.

Prospect and engage enterprise organizations in Ireland through strategic outbound outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video. Identify complex opportunities, engage multiple stakeholders, qualify leads, and coordinate handoffs to Account Executives. Build consultative relationships, support long sales cycles, achieve sales targets, and develop expertise in HR, wellness, and people trends.

Identify and prospect fitness partners across UK & Ireland, manage full sales cycle from outreach to partnership launch, hit daily KPIs and monthly quotas, maintain high-volume outreach and follow-up, and manage stakeholder expectations while using provided sales tools.
