Builds internal and external partnerships, manages sensitive issues, collaborates on monitoring and evaluation, and leads a specialist workplace equity team to deliver sustainable organisational change.

Senior non-executive Governor serving on Wellcome's Board and chairing the Audit and Risk Committee. Responsibilities include shaping long-term strategy, safeguarding the endowment, overseeing risk, audit and investment governance, setting risk appetite, holding leadership accountable, and representing Wellcome's mission. The role requires substantial financial expertise, board experience, sound judgment, strong communication, independence, and the ability to challenge constructively.

Oversee investment operations, reconciliations, cash flows, valuations, portfolio activity, reporting, and governance. The role manages relationships with custodians, brokers, fund administrators, and other service providers while producing investment reports, dashboards, and data insights.
