Conduct machine learning research for autonomous-driving simulation realism. Responsibilities include contributing to existing projects, implementing research ideas, and running training and evaluation experiments. The role requires Python programming and deep learning experience with TensorFlow, JAX, or PyTorch. Preferred experience includes attention mechanisms, autoregressive architectures, diffusion for multimodal data, autonomous driving, and robotics.

Provides legal counsel for Waymo’s UK market entry and ongoing operations, advising on negotiations, advocacy, disputes, corporate governance, compliance, and evolving UK laws. Partners with public policy, regulatory, product, communications, strategy, operations, and global legal teams; engages UK regulators and authorities; and develops strategies for emerging autonomous-driving legal issues.

Lead global deployment and operations of EV charging infrastructure, especially high-power DC fast chargers. Manage site selection, design, utility interconnection, permitting, construction, commissioning, maintenance, energy optimization, and lifecycle planning. Establish standardized deployment playbooks, supplier standards, dual-sourcing strategies, and centralized technology specifications. Coordinate utilities, government agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders while managing budgets, compliance, KPIs, utilization analysis, and executive reporting.

As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will enhance AV simulations using foundation models, lead experiments, develop realism metrics, and manage teams.

Lead the development of AI/ML infrastructure for simulations using large foundation models. Collaborate on realistic simulation improvements and mentor junior engineers.

Manage and integrate physical security technology across EMEA sites, ensuring system health, vendor performance, compliance audits, incident response support, and regional execution of security technology initiatives.

Produce tactical and strategic threat intelligence for EMEA using OSINT and regional networks. Advise London-based stakeholders, draft assessments and briefings, manage vendor intelligence feeds, maintain analyst networks, and deliver PIR-driven intelligence to inform operational decisions and mitigate risks to people, assets, and operations.
