Lead and produce end-to-end 3D assets for Brookhaven, including environments, houses, props, tools, gameplay content, and effects. Review and guide other artists, maintain visual consistency, optimize assets for Roblox performance, assess production risks, and collaborate with art and game teams on integration, polish, and issue resolution.

Lead a small engineering team to deliver and operate large-scale Roblox game features. Drive technical planning, estimation, code quality, monitoring, releases, and mentorship while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance and player experience.
