Lead design for the Seven Bridges Platform: own user journeys, build and maintain a design system (tokens, components), review prototypes, manage and grow designers, design AI-assisted experiences, collaborate with front-end engineers, use product analytics to prioritize experience debt, and represent design in leadership strategy.
