Coordinate front-of-house operations for ustwo’s London studio, welcoming visitors, managing supplies, bookings, vendors, facilities, and daily studio readiness. Support project administration, travel logistics, internal and international events, supplier coordination, budgets, and attendee communications. Help implement sustainable workplace and procurement practices while maintaining an organized, welcoming, and functional studio environment.

Lead and grow a £5M–£10M+ global enterprise account, owning commercial strategy, revenue, profitability, forecasting, executive relationships, and horizontal expansion. Partner with multidisciplinary strategy, technology, product, delivery, and design teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include proposals, contract negotiations, SOW development, account planning, strategic workshops, and frequent international travel across Europe and the United States.

Develop and execute B2B marketing content across social media, websites, blogs, thought leadership, case studies, press, pitches, and campaigns. Partner with marketing leaders, designers, studio experts, and senior executives to create clear, persuasive narratives for senior business audiences. Manage LinkedIn content strategy, support paid and organic channel testing, maintain editorial consistency, and iterate content using feedback and performance insights. Use AI for research, ideation, and adapting content across formats.
