Leads Upvest’s enterprise Account Management function and live client portfolio across renewals, upsells, revenue retention, executive relationships, escalations, and client satisfaction. Builds strategic account plans, owns portfolio KPIs and budgeting, leads commercial negotiations, and advises fintech and banking clients on investment offerings. Hires and develops senior Account Managers while establishing scalable governance, health scoring, processes, tooling, and AI-enabled workflows. Partners closely with Growth, Product, Finance, Launch, and Client Experience.

Own the CASS oversight framework covering client money and custody assets. Oversee reconciliations, calculations, breaches, regulatory reporting, CMAR submissions, CASS audits, resolution packs, controls, governance, training, and regulatory analysis. Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, clients, auditors, banks, and custodians to ensure compliant client asset processes and systems.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Upvest, you will develop and enhance their Investment API, leveraging modern technologies in a collaborative product team environment.
