Jobs at Unit21

Provide frontline technical customer support through ticket communication, troubleshooting Unit21 platform issues, prioritizing tickets within SLAs, identifying bugs and feature requests, and escalating issues to Product and Engineering. Advise customers on detection models, alerts, case management, workflows, and file transfers while collaborating with Customer Success to resolve issues and improve customer experience. The role also contributes to AI functionality for the support organization.
