Develop credit risk strategies that balance customer growth with portfolio risk. Build reporting and analytics, identify trends and emerging risks, evaluate data sources, improve credit decisioning, and present actionable insights. Collaborate with sales, data science, product, technology, engineering, and operations teams to support new propositions and customer segments.

Own and build Uncapped's outbound engine end-to-end: sending infrastructure and deliverability, prospecting and enrichment flows, ICP/scoring, GTM stack consolidation (CRM, sequencers, enrichment), SDR enablement, performance analytics, and cross-functional alignment to scale multi-channel outbound.
