As a Sales Executive, you'll engage with clients, promote Microsoft offerings, and build strong customer relationships to enhance their experience.

Lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics implementations across multiple concurrent projects. Own planning, budget, margin, stakeholder communication, risk/change management, resource scheduling, testing/training, finance updates, and project acceptance. Serve as client primary contact, mentor team members, maintain project systems and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Agile/Scrum experience required; Dynamics 365 program experience advantageous.

Develop, test, and deliver conversational chatbot solutions using Cognigy and NICE Proactive AI Agent. Implement and enhance features, write and review JavaScript code, unit test, resolve defects, support production, perform system analysis, and present client-facing demos. Mentor team members and ensure timely delivery.
