Drive end-to-end corporate events sales across UK venues: secure leads, convert to bookings (typically £2.5k+), design packages with operations, negotiate with agencies, plan and execute large events, and maintain stakeholder relationships to hit revenue KPIs.

Lead on-site technology operations across UK & European venues, ensuring uptime and rapid fault resolution for guest-facing systems (EPOS, kiosks, AV, CCTV, game boxes). Administer EPOS/CRM/inventory platforms, manage tickets, train venue teams, support events and new openings, and coordinate suppliers to drive preventative maintenance and tech improvements.

Support venue operations and lead teammates to deliver memorable guest experiences. Coach, train and induct staff, own sections during busy periods, assist leadership with events and VIPs, manage daily reporting and briefings, and drive standards and initiatives to develop team performance.
