Maintains HRIS data, supports employment compliance, coordinates training and engagement initiatives, contributes to people projects, and provides reporting and insights. Requires regular store engagement, strong stakeholder management, UK employment law knowledge, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Leads regional public relations strategy across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, managing agencies, budgets, media relationships, press events, sponsorships, talent partnerships, and product storytelling. The role oversees two direct reports, coordinates with regional and global teams, negotiates talent contracts, measures campaign performance, and protects and grows brand awareness and desirability.

Deliver luxury-level client service to meet store sales goals by building lasting client relationships, executing clienteling strategies, storytelling brand heritage, managing POS and client systems, ensuring operational compliance, and supporting an inclusive team culture. Flexibility for non-traditional hours required.
