Coordinate end-to-end interpreting bookings via the company booking portal, act as the primary contact for clients and interpreters, allocate resources, maintain system records for invoicing and contract analysis, provide technical support and training on the portal, handle queries and complaints per quality procedures, and support team onboarding while meeting fulfilment KPIs.

Design and produce marketing and release assets across theatrical, home entertainment and digital channels. Create print sleeves, key art, promotional materials and social assets, adapt content for multiple platforms, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and collaborate with Operations, Sales and Content teams to ensure correct formats and timely uploads.
