Leads end-to-end AI transformation deployments for mid-market clients across EMEA. Owns executive relationships, rollout cadence, adoption, measurable business outcomes, and client sign-off. Builds AI agents, automations, and data workflows hands-on against real client data, directing engineers when deeper platform work is needed. Manages multiple concurrent engagements, travels regularly onsite, and codifies deployment methods for repeatability.

Own the social and audience strategy for a global beauty brand’s high-growth YouTube channel. Define Shorts-first content direction, analyze audience and performance data, develop growth hypotheses, guide creator activations, and connect organic content with commerce and paid amplification. Collaborate with creative, analytics, community, and account teams while presenting strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
