Lead technical implementation and production of QS rankings: develop and test statistical methodology, manage data pipelines (dbt/Snowflake/AWS), ensure data quality, mentor analysts, produce stakeholder-facing documentation and presentations, represent QS externally, and build reusable analytical tooling and scenario analyses.

Manage a portfolio of university, government and commercial customers to drive adoption, engagement and measurable outcomes from QS products. Deliver onboarding, training, success plans, health monitoring, renewal support and insight-led recommendations while using standard playbooks, CRM tools and cross-functional collaboration to enable retention and scalable value realization.
