Lead and manage sell-side and buy-side special situations M&A transactions, oversee deal execution, prepare information memoranda, financial and valuation analysis, guide due diligence and negotiations, manage junior staff, support senior leaders, develop bespoke M&A strategies, and participate in business development.

The Senior Consultant leads client projects in corporate communications and campaigning, providing strategic counsel and nurturing client relationships while mentoring junior team members.

The Manager will drive financial improvement and turnaround initiatives, support client management teams, and mentor junior colleagues, leveraging strong analytical skills to impact business performance.

Support business development for Teneo's Economic Consulting practice: identify and qualify opportunities, manage pipeline and CRM (HubSpot), write proposals, prepare client briefings, support marketing and events, coordinate internally to drive cross-sell and deal submissions.
