Provides UK corporate tax advisory services for complex financial restructuring and insolvency transactions. Responsibilities include developing tax-efficient strategies, preparing transaction reports, advising insolvency practitioners, supporting tax filings and authorities, building client relationships, contributing to business development, and training team members. The role requires strong UK tax expertise, ACA/CTA qualification or equivalent experience, communication skills, project management ability, and performance under pressure.

Lead smaller projects and workstreams within larger engagements, deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations, manage client interactions, coach junior staff, support business development, and contribute to practice initiatives.

Lead day-to-day execution of debt advisory mandates: build financial models, draft slide decks and term sheets, analyse financing options, support management teams, manage processes, and assist business development across European markets.

Provide VAT advisory and compliance support for restructuring and insolvency matters: advise insolvency practitioners, companies and lenders on VAT implications, liaise with HMRC, prepare VAT reports and returns, respond to internal queries, support business development, deliver training, collaborate with tax and restructuring teams, and draft indirect tax thought pieces.
