The role requires strong stakeholder management, facilitation, organisation, and communication skills, with regular travel across UK sites and virtual delivery.

Lead delivery of automation and process control projects from concept through commissioning. Manage PLC/SCADA/instrumentation design, contractors, testing (FAT/SAT), installation, commissioning, safety studies (HAZOP/LOPA/SIL), vendor selection, and ensure compliance with IEC/BS EN and cybersecurity standards.
