Lead the implementation and governance of ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM strategies. Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, MID servers, integrations, and automation while maintaining data quality and CMDB health. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to establish standards and scalable workflows. Identify opportunities to apply generative AI and agentic workflows to alert analysis, remediation, and anomaly detection across IT operations.

Manage workplace investigations, employee relations cases, occupational health and workplace support processes across EMEA and other regions. Advise managers and HR partners on performance, disciplinary matters, policy application, workplace adjustments, and return-to-work processes. Develop policies, guidance, training, and manager resources; maintain confidential case records; coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and People Operations; prepare reports and analyze employee relations trends.

Designs visual assets for employee communications and social media across presentations, documents, digital signage, web, and video. Develops branded templates, reusable tools, visual guidance, and collateral libraries while maintaining the company’s visual identity. Partners with Events, IT, HR, and other employee-facing teams, translating briefs into timely designs and exploring animation, video, and interactive communication formats.

Serves as the strategic HR partner for leadership teams across three global labels. Leads workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, compensation guidance, change initiatives, employee relations, compliance, people analytics, HR programs, and budget alignment. Requires strong stakeholder influence, senior-level HRBP experience, multi-jurisdictional employment law knowledge, and experience supporting HR as a client function.

Provide in-house business affairs legal counsel for mobile games: draft, negotiate, and manage high-volume commercial, technology, IP, and advertising agreements; advise cross-border teams on licensing, monetization, adtech, data protection, and distribution; assess risk and support creative business units.
