Partners with talent acquisition leaders, business stakeholders, and hiring managers to meet internship, apprenticeship, and graduate hiring goals.

Requires strong stakeholder influence, senior-level HRBP experience, multi-jurisdictional employment law knowledge, and experience supporting HR as a client function.

Provide in-house business affairs legal counsel for mobile games: draft, negotiate, and manage high-volume commercial, technology, IP, and advertising agreements; advise cross-border teams on licensing, monetization, adtech, data protection, and distribution; assess risk and support creative business units.

Lead strategic sourcing for Corporate Services (HR, Workplace, Global Travel) in EMEA. Develop and execute category strategies, negotiate enterprise agreements, ensure GDPR/compliance, drive T&E policy and S2P platform adoption, measure value delivery, and mentor procurement team members.

Manage straightforward workplace investigations end-to-end, provide day-to-day ER guidance to managers and HR, coordinate Occupational Health and workplace support across EMEA, support policy development, training, separations and reporting, and maintain confidential case records.
