Owns strategic partnerships with MSPs, MSSPs, service providers, and distribution partners across the UK&I and Nordics. Drives partner enablement, go-to-market initiatives, pipeline generation, end-customer acquisition, platform adoption, ARR growth, retention, and quarterly business reviews. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and distribution partners to increase revenue and minimize churn. Requires extensive account or channel sales experience and travel up to 50%.

Serve as the primary technical resource for Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. Present and demonstrate Sumo Logic, lead technical evaluations and Proof of Value trials, understand customer requirements, design solutions, and technically close complex opportunities. Build relationships with executives, developers, and SREs while partnering with Product Management and Engineering to improve the platform and customer outcomes.
