Develop enterprise sales revenue through account and territory planning, prospecting, and field-based sales activities. Identify decision-makers, build executive-level relationships, create champions, understand customer needs, and close complex SaaS opportunities. The role requires expanding key accounts, pursuing new business, researching markets and competitors, and influencing stakeholders across large organizations.

Lead pre-sales solution design and technical engagement for Sprinklr's AI-native Unified-CXM. Architect scalable contact center and data solutions, integrate AI and APIs, run technical workshops, POCs, and RFP responses, and collaborate with sales, consulting, and partner ecosystems to drive enterprise deals.

Lead and coach an enterprise sales team to exceed $8–12M ARR targets. Drive strategic, complex SaaS deals, use MEDDPICC/Force Management, support reps in-client, manage sales operations and cross-functional partnerships, recruit and develop top-performing sellers, and represent the company at industry events.

Manage and optimize Sprinklr configurations for onboarded clients, identify platform gaps and design solutions, maintain platform relevancy, train users, oversee enablement, ensure client value, support Sales and Success teams, and assist Services Directors with platform performance and enhancements.
