Lead and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for new business and expansion revenue. Own pipeline management, forecasting, quota attainment, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance metrics, territory planning, and go-to-market execution. Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to improve sales effectiveness, resolve deal issues, and build a scalable, high-performance sales culture. Report team results and forecasts to senior sales leadership.

Administer ADP payroll and NetSuite ERP across global entities, ensuring accurate payroll, compliant processes, financial data integrity, and reliable integrations. Manage access, configurations, workflows, reporting, system changes, month-end close support, ITGC, and SOX controls. Partner with Finance and HR on payroll cycles, FP&A data flows, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, troubleshooting, and system improvements.

Own and administer the organization’s NetSuite environment, including configuration, access management, change control, integrations, workflows, SuiteScript development, data migrations, reporting, testing, and troubleshooting. Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, maintain compliance and IT general controls, improve business processes, and train end users.
