Owns a global portfolio of revenue and field operations initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, and Systems. Defines business cases, KPIs, rollout plans, adoption tracking, and measurable outcomes. Standardizes forecasting, pipeline inspection, QBRs, and operating cadences while influencing stakeholders without direct authority. Analyzes conversion, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, productivity, retention, ARR, NRR, and GRR to support executive decision-making.

Leads Sonar’s global product design vision and organization across its AI-powered developer product portfolio. Owns design strategy, systems, UX quality, and platform evolution while partnering with Product, Engineering, and executives. Builds and develops design talent, guides agentic AI feature design, engages customers, and connects design investments to measurable business outcomes.
