Leads Sonar’s global product design vision and organization across its AI-powered developer product portfolio. Owns design strategy, systems, UX quality, and platform evolution while partnering with Product, Engineering, and executives. Builds and develops design talent, guides agentic AI feature design, engages customers, and connects design investments to measurable business outcomes.

Serve as a technical advisor to enterprise accounts using Sonar solutions. Drive adoption, maturity, satisfaction, renewal protection, deployment quality, and customer advocacy. Identify technical obstacles, conduct deployment audits and QBRs, develop remediation and technical strategies, educate development teams, communicate product roadmaps, influence product improvements, and partner with Sales on account and commercial planning.

Drive upselling and cross-selling across strategic financial and retail enterprise accounts. Lead client engagements, build technical and executive relationships, present application security and AI code verification solutions, negotiate enterprise deals, manage sales cycles, execute targeted campaigns, and maintain forecasting in Salesforce. The role requires selling technical B2B SaaS products to regulated industries, navigating complex enterprise procurement, and achieving significant expansion revenue targets.
