Leads Smartly’s global events and experiential marketing strategy, including tier-one industry summits, customer advisory boards, executive activations, employer brand experiences, and workplace events. Owns event-driven pipeline growth, experiential storytelling, agency and vendor governance, customer retention programs, multi-million-dollar budgets, attribution reporting, and cross-functional planning standards. Manages an international team and partners with marketing, sales, customer success, product marketing, communications, and revenue operations.

Own and grow a portfolio of global enterprise customers, building executive relationships and driving Smartly adoption, retention, satisfaction, and expansion. Translate customer objectives into success plans and platform strategies, lead QBRs and roadmap discussions, solve challenges cross-functionally, provide digital advertising expertise, mentor peers, and contribute to scalable customer engagement initiatives.
