As a French Linguist, you'll manage translation and editing tasks for video games, ensuring quality and cultural relevance while collaborating with a multilingual team.

Serve as the studio's primary receptionist, delivering excellent customer service, managing access control, mail/diaries, supplier liaison, facilities checks, documentation, and supporting events and reception team members.

Design and produce expressive AI-generated voice performances for games and interactive media using TTS/STS platforms. Create voice briefs, prompt strategies, and character direction; generate, edit, clean and master dialogue; build voice libraries; support multilingual localisation; and help develop scalable production workflows, pipelines, tools and quality-control processes with multidisciplinary teams.

Design, build, and deploy Python-based microservice APIs that call LLMs and generative models to automate business processes and support game services. Translate business requirements into API specs, integrate services across systems, collaborate with DevOps for cloud deployments, optimize AI model performance, write and debug core AI code, and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle for the London team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Advise on employee relations, performance, onboarding, HR administration, policy implementation, HR reporting, and payroll backup. Maintain HRIS and records, support engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and partner with managers to ensure compliant, fair people processes and a positive workplace culture.

Lead Side's global Datasets business strategy and operations, expanding beyond speech into image, video, multimodal and crowdsourced data. Drive solution design, scalable delivery methodologies, pricing and commercial strategy, client partnerships, team leadership, QA and metadata standards, and industry thought leadership to grow large-scale, multilingual AI training data programs.
