As a Sales Business Partner, you will work with VPs of Sales to translate their needs into data-driven strategies, monitor retention benchmarks, and support conflict resolution while collaborating closely with the Innovation and Enablement teams.

Manage a strategic portfolio of enterprise customers to drive revenue growth through up-/cross-sell, pipeline generation, account planning, stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, and cross-functional coordination. Lead lead-generation and ABM efforts, support RFPs, and ensure client satisfaction and renewal.

Serve as strategic HR partner to executives and managers, advise on organizational design and talent strategy, manage complex employee relations and investigations, execute core people programs (merit cycles, performance reviews, engagement surveys), maintain HRIS data (Workday), produce people analytics and reports, drive change initiatives, and champion inclusive culture.
