Leads and scales Semperis’s EMEA Pre-Sales organization, managing senior Sales Engineers and frontline managers across multiple countries. Responsibilities include talent strategy, succession planning, organizational design, capacity planning, coaching, performance management, and partnership with Sales leadership to improve technical win rates and revenue influence. The role also establishes regional pre-sales standards, sponsors strategic customer opportunities, collaborates with Product and Engineering, and represents the company with customers, partners, and industry events.

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships throughout onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Develop success plans, monitor customer health and retention, conduct training and health checks, gather product feedback, manage escalations, and identify upsell opportunities. The role requires strong cybersecurity knowledge, including identity security, cloud security, threat frameworks, compliance, and Active Directory or Entra ID vulnerabilities. Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Technical Delivery teams to drive customer outcomes.
