Manage finance operations for four agencies including outsourced bookkeeping, month-end close, group consolidation, balance sheet reconciliations, cashflow forecasting, payroll oversight, statutory filings, audit coordination, and finance systems/process improvements to ensure governance and accurate reporting.

Lead the agency's AI and automation strategy and delivery: drive Claude/LLM adoption, build workflow automations and integrations, train teams, partner with IT, measure ROI, and embed scalable processes and documentation.
