The role provides structured training in sales, CRM discipline, startup fundraising, SEIS/EIS, and SeedLegals products, with opportunities to develop into broader platform sales.

Build and maintain high-performance backend APIs and production software. Contribute to architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, conduct quality code reviews, and apply test-driven development and secure coding practices. Collaborate within Scrum teams on social investment, document and workflow management, AI-enhanced products, and legal template generation. Own features throughout the development lifecycle while monitoring web applications and agentic microservices.

Build and maintain high-performance backend APIs and contribute to architectural decisions within a Scrum team. Develop features involving social investment, document and workflow management, AI-enhanced products, and legal template generation. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, conduct effective code reviews, apply test-driven development and secure coding practices, and monitor production web applications and agentic microservices.

Provide commercial and corporate legal advice across product, CX, marketing, partnerships and sales. Review and develop legal product features, draft and negotiate contracts, support financing and corporate matters, and contribute to legal product development in a fast-scaling legal-tech company.

Provide first-line support to startup founders via live chat, email and calls; onboard users to the SeedLegals platform; review product submissions for legal compliance; collaborate with product, developers and legal teams to improve the platform and customer experience.

Advise startup clients on R&D tax credit eligibility, respond to queries via email and Zoom, draft Technical Narratives, prepare and review tax computations and accounts, and collaborate with the R&D team and tax specialists to build robust claims.
