Lead development and execution of integrated channel and shopper marketing across UKI and Nordics. Drive omnichannel retail and eCommerce activation, digital shelf and SEO, manage MDF budgets, agencies and GTM campaigns, plan trade events, use shopper and consumer insight to improve sell-out, market share and conversion while collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing and Digital teams.

Implement and monitor Europe pricing strategy across channels: develop price lists, SPAs, rebate and incentive programs; analyze channel pricing and market dynamics; drive revenue execution with sales; ensure consistent pricing policies, documentation, reporting, and payout accuracy; collaborate with POS, Sales Ops and claims; build analysis models to assess revenue and margin impact.
