Early-career operations generalist supporting people ops, admin platforms, investor relations, equity scheme administration, vendor and spend management, legal/infosec coordination, and event logistics. Architect and build a production, self-improving learning platform: capture event pipelines, measure outcomes, implement recommendation and feedback loops, maintain knowledge graphs and vector stores, build feature stores and experimentation infra, and create evaluation frameworks. Spend majority time coding and shipping resilient systems while providing technical leadership and shielding the engineering team.

Contract QA Engineer to build and own QA strategy for a fast-moving AI product: design scalable QA processes, drive automation (integration, E2E, regression) across Django and NextJS, apply AI to QA tasks, and collaborate with engineers to enable safe, higher-cadence production shipping.
