Build and operate agentic AI systems and features from prototype to production within a serverless AWS environment. Design orchestration, memory, durable state, failure recovery, and evaluation frameworks. Collaborate with product and domain engineers to identify AI opportunities, manage operational economics (latency, token cost), and contribute org-wide AI patterns, tooling, and standards.

Build and own the partner operating model: design partner data models and Salesforce/Crossbeam configurations, centralize partner data across systems, implement PRM strategy, create automation and AI workflows, and deliver partner reporting and commission/payment processes to scale partner performance and operations.

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable AWS cloud platforms. Implement IaC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, SRE practices, ETL/data pipelines, and MLOps to support microservices, serverless, and AI/ML workloads while ensuring resiliency, security, and automation.

Serve as primary HR contact for global clients across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, supporting onboarding/offboarding, drafting contracts, assisting payroll tasks, and collaborating on complex HR projects while improving processes and mitigating risk.

As a Principal Engineer, you will define the architecture of scalable systems, lead design efforts, solve complex engineering problems, and mentor other engineers while ensuring system reliability and maintainability across distributed teams.

Lead design across multiple product teams, shaping strategy and improving quality. Mentor other designers and integrate AI into product experiences.
