Own and grow a portfolio of strategic UK and Western EMEA advertising accounts. Drive retention, upsells, cross-sells, product adoption, campaign performance, forecasting, and client relationships from campaign managers through C-suite stakeholders. Lead account strategy, QBRs, onboarding, training, issue escalation, and cross-functional execution while meeting revenue targets. Regular travel and independent ownership are central to the role.

Act as the technical bridge between Sales, Customers, and Engineering to support pre-sales consultation and post-sales integrations. Guide DSP integrations, troubleshoot campaign and data issues, manage campaign feature deployments, monitor performance, document issues, and enable customers with technical best practices to ensure successful product adoption.
