Own the technical success of EMEA enterprise customers from onboarding through ongoing adoption. Lead implementations, platform migrations, architecture guidance, training, workshops, technical issue resolution, and customer data strategy. Partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams while advising customers on SDKs, event streaming, data warehouses, reverse ETL, identity resolution, and related platform capabilities. Travel occasionally to customer sites for relationship building and onsite sessions.

Lead and build RudderStack's EMEA sales motion, owning territory strategy and closing complex enterprise SaaS deals. Manage multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles; partner with SDRs, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product. Apply MEDDPICC, present technical and executive value, generate pipeline, and inform product and GTM strategy.
