Serve as the primary customer success and support contact for UK and Ireland customers. Resolve Zendesk tickets, triage global support requests, configure SaaS settings, onboard and train users, support mobile adoption, conduct account check-ins, monitor account health and renewals, and coordinate with Professional Services, the CS team, and reseller partners. The role requires strong customer communication, software learning ability, organization, and familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems.

Lead 0->1 product discovery and rapid prototyping to drive AI-driven, educator-focused features. Define problems, translate ambiguous ideas into requirements, partner with engineers/designers/data scientists, run experiments and A/B tests, measure impact, iterate, and scale validated innovations into the core platform.

Design, prototype, and productionize Uniswap v4 hooks across markets. Own hook lifecycle from spec to audited mainnet deployment, publish reference implementations, build integration SDKs/simulators, ensure security with fuzzing/formal methods, and collaborate on metrics and adoption with aggregators and data teams.

Build and maintain automated Playwright tests in JavaScript for customer applications, debug failures using Chrome DevTools, understand HTML/CSS, manage multiple customer accounts, improve QA tooling and practices, and communicate proactively in a remote, global team.
