Lead product for creator tooling within Rockstar's Creator Platform: define requirements, KPIs, roadmaps, and experiments; iterate live-service features to boost creator success, player engagement, discovery, onboarding, retention and monetization; collaborate with design, analytics, engineering, publishing and external partners.

Design scalable telemetry and event schemas for game analytics. Partner with game dev, analytics engineering, and data science to translate requirements into telemetry, validation rules, and documentation. Ensure data quality, support QA checks, and maintain standards for discoverability, governance, and downstream modelling, reporting, experimentation, and ML use.

The Senior Manager, Product will drive product initiatives, define strategies, improve platform capabilities, and collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to enhance Rockstar's Creator Platform.
