Senior full-stack engineer responsible for designing and delivering Prime brokerage features across backend services, frontend applications, and operations tooling. The role covers institutional onboarding, settlement, lending, credit, reporting, and tokenized securities. Responsibilities include designing for failure, owning production systems handling real financial value, mentoring engineers, conducting design-focused code reviews, and supporting an on-call rotation. The position requires in-person attendance in London at least three days per week.

Serve as the first dedicated UK People Partner, advising senior leaders across Europe, Asia, and MENA. Lead talent, performance, organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, change, international HR initiatives, and M&A support. Build scalable People frameworks, manage cross-functional projects, use people data to guide decisions, and navigate country-specific employment matters while partnering with HR, Legal, and other centers of expertise.

Lead product marketing and go-to-market strategy for Robinhood in expansion markets. Drive positioning, messaging, launches, and growth initiatives across channels while partnering with product, data, creative, legal, and compliance to define success metrics and inform roadmap decisions.

Design and build backend services for custody operations (asset transfers, settlement, account state). Improve scalability, resiliency, and performance; maintain systems ensuring asset safety, transaction accuracy, and operational integrity. Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with product, infrastructure, and security teams.
