Hands-on operations-focused senior software engineer bridging application support and engineering. Provide L2.5 support for PHP services on EKS with MySQL, build automation and runbooks, tune observability (Datadog, Kibana, Heap), participate in on-call rotation, reduce escalations, and improve MTTR through automation, documentation, and collaboration with engineering and platform teams.

Join the SRE team to implement SRE practices, observability (SLI/SLO/Error Budgets), reduce toil via code-first automation, support incident management/on-call, embed with engineering teams, and improve platform reliability and cost efficiency.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-team cloud-native SaaS programmes. Establish programme governance, translate ambiguous requirements into technical solutions, manage dependencies, risks, vendors, and executive stakeholders, and drive organisational change and measurable outcomes.

Build and deploy production Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and agents. Implement retrieval pipelines, collaborate cross-functionally, write maintainable code, run POCs for new AI tech, and improve AI development practices and tooling.

Serve as the primary product authority between regional business units and global Product & Engineering. Drive roadmap communication, prioritise regional requirements, lead alignment forums, support go-to-market launches, and implement scalable processes to increase adoption and BU satisfaction.

Partner with product teams to drive data-driven decisions: implement tracking best practices, build self-serve dashboards, deliver insights, manage analytics tools, and improve product data literacy across the organisation.
