Own a portfolio of major affiliate merchant partnerships, developing strategic relationships and bespoke marketing campaigns to increase engagement, sales, media investment, and revenue. Lead business reviews, negotiate commercial terms, interpret performance analytics, collaborate with B2C Marketing, manage competing priorities, and represent the company at affiliate industry events.

Lead the mobile product for native iOS/Android (or React Native) apps: define strategy and roadmap, run user research and multivariate tests, manage launches, ensure cross-app consistency and technical best practices, and coordinate engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.

Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align work with brand guidelines. Manage multiple projects, maintain quality control, and evolve the brand's motion language using industry-standard tools while staying current with trends.

Serve as the primary product authority between regional business units and global Product & Engineering. Drive roadmap communication, prioritise regional requirements, lead alignment forums, support go-to-market launches, and implement scalable processes to increase adoption and BU satisfaction.
