Lead growth for Elizabeth Ardendigital accounts (including Amazon), owning sales, profit, market share and Joint Business Plans. Negotiate trading terms, manage major promotional events, optimise digital shelf and launches, and partner cross-functionally while coaching direct reports.

Act as brand ambassador on an Elizabeth Arden counter, deliver personalised skincare/beauty consultations and RDSE services, drive retail sales to meet targets, maintain counter presentation, build customer relationships, and work collaboratively with the team.

Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using statistical models and S&OP. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align plans, manage launches and promotions, analyse sales/POS and inventory data, monitor forecast KPIs, investigate variances, and drive continuous improvement.
