Lead and build the finance function: manage external bookkeeping, own month-end close and statutory compliance, design and integrate the finance systems stack (Xero, CRM, payroll), implement spend controls and SOPs, deliver management and board reporting, run cash flow forecasting, and create multi-year financial models to support Series B and project finance.

Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, structure complex opportunities, lead cross-functional problem-solving, manage commercial and carbon market strategy, support fundraising and investor materials, build financial models and business cases, and own high-priority special projects while liaising with investors, partners, and internal teams.

Lead project financing strategy and deal execution for nature-based carbon projects: structure capital stacks and term sheets, build investor relationships, develop investment cases and financial models, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are investable, scalable, and aligned with integrity and delivery requirements.
