Provide friendly food, beverage and retail service on Sundays, welcome residents and visitors, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, handle enquiries and complaints, support revenue targets, and contribute to service improvements.

Lead end-to-end sales for two retirement villages, build local relationships, generate leads, manage CRM pipeline, conduct viewings, negotiate sales/rentals, and ensure smooth move-ins.

Own and optimise procurement across a growing multi-site business: act as Coupa super-user, lead Coupa SIM implementation, improve P2P workflows and controls, manage supplier onboarding and contracts, drive savings and compliance, produce MI/dashboards, train users, and partner with Property, FM, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders to embed best-practice procurement.

Supervise daily food, beverage and guest services at a retirement village, ensuring high service standards, safety and hygiene. Lead and develop the hospitality team, plan rotas to meet budgets, manage resident enquiries and complaints, support commercial performance, drive continuous improvement, and use systems to optimise operations.

Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations, deliver exceptional guest service, coach and train front-of-house staff, assist with rotas and stock control, handle feedback and resolve issues, and ensure compliance with food safety, licensing and H&S procedures while collaborating with management and kitchen teams.

Provide friendly, attentive front-of-house service from guest arrival to departure. Take and serve food and drink orders, handle payments, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, support busy service periods, and collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.
