Manage the end-to-end financial activities of renewable energy legal entities, including monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, VAT returns, statutory accounts, audits, and variance analysis. Act as a finance business partner to asset managers, clients, auditors, lenders, and internal teams. Support reporting, board presentations, payment approvals, ERP improvements, project onboarding, and compliance with IFRS, FRS 101, FRS 102, and UK GAAP.

Build and deploy LLM, RAG, agent, and multi-agent services across enterprise data. Establish AI engineering standards, evaluation and testing practices, security controls, cost optimization, and reusable architecture patterns. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders while evaluating emerging AI technologies. Coach team members and help determine appropriate uses of generative AI versus deterministic solutions.

Processes invoices, employee expenses, payment runs, cash postings, bank reconciliations, supplier statements, and month-end accounting activities. Maintains accurate accounts payable records in IFS, applies VAT, CIS, and RCT coding, supports purchase-to-pay policy adoption, resolves supplier queries, and assists with audit requests and team training. The role requires transactional finance experience, ERP familiarity, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Leads RES’s enterprise applications, ERP development, automation, real-time integration, and AI application platform strategy. Owns IFS, legacy modernization, Power Platform, robotic and agentic automation, Boomi integrations, AI governance, software development standards, budgets, vendors, and a globally distributed technical team. Ensures secure, supportable delivery aligned with demand-build-run operating models and enterprise architecture.

Analyzes and documents business requirements, evaluates processes, develops project documentation, supports change management and user acceptance testing, and facilitates alignment between IT teams and business stakeholders. The role assists project managers with timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution while preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decisions and successful technology initiatives.

Leads global cybersecurity architecture across IT and OT environments, including architecture roadmaps, standards, solution design, governance, technology improvements, risk remediation, threat intelligence, incident response, penetration testing, and cyber accreditation. Partners with stakeholders, suppliers, and technical authorities to improve resilience and security while supporting client cyber health-check services and periodically visiting operational sites.
