Responsibilities include renewable energy project financial modeling, market and competitor analysis, investment memorandums, commercial agreements, project planning, stakeholder engagement, valuations, bids, tenders, and strategic analysis. The role develops technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities in the renewable energy sector.

Two-year graduate programme with rotations in data modelling, analytics, and AI. Responsibilities include building dimensional and Power BI semantic models, developing DAX measures, preparing Azure Fabric data, delivering business analytics and reports, communicating insights, and supporting machine learning and generative AI use cases. Graduates will own defined projects while developing technical, commercial, and leadership skills in the renewable energy industry.

Oversee the operational and financial performance of TRIG’s renewable energy portfolio, including wind, solar, and storage projects. Analyze project reports and performance data, manage risks, budgets, contracts, distributions, governance, and approvals, and communicate key developments to management. The role also supports quarterly reporting, team processes, strategic initiatives, tendering, negotiations, site visits, and value-enhancement activities across projects and regions.

Analyzes and documents business requirements, evaluates processes, develops project documentation, supports change management and user acceptance testing, and facilitates alignment between IT teams and business stakeholders. The role assists project managers with timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution while preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decisions and successful technology initiatives.

Leads grid connection feasibility, design, agreements, and compliance for wind, solar, and storage projects. Responsibilities include optimizing connection solutions, managing grid liabilities and costs, coordinating contestable connection designs, liaising with grid companies, supporting planning and construction, ensuring grid code compliance for energization, troubleshooting operating projects, and mentoring project Grid Engineers. The role also contributes to grid policy, process improvement, specialist procurement, and technical project decision-making.

Supports monthly reporting, transactional processing, financial ledgers, management accounts, statutory financial statements, intercompany reconciliations, and UKI consolidations for development subsidiaries. Reviews project spending, supports audits and due diligence, responds to information requests, and contributes to ERP implementation and process simplification. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract requiring accounting knowledge, financial systems experience, strong Excel skills, organization, attention to detail, and autonomous working.

Provides technical advisory, due diligence, Owner’s Engineer, and construction monitoring services for battery storage and renewable energy projects. Reviews BESS designs, EPC contracts, technical documentation, and financial-close materials; conducts site assessments; prepares client reports and presentations; and manages project scope, timelines, and budgets. The role also supports business development and collaboration across asset management, operations, and technical teams.

Provides practical health, safety, quality and environmental support across renewable energy operations in the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include site inspections, audits, risk assessments, contractor management, incident investigations, quality non-conformance tracking, occupational health support, waste management and environmental incident response. The role also supports HSQE training, compliance, continuous improvement and safe systems of work across operational sites.

Performs high-voltage operation and maintenance across renewable energy and battery storage sites. Responsibilities include switching, isolation, earthing, safety documentation, protection testing, fault finding, commissioning, maintenance planning, contractor management, training, emergency response, and coordination with DNOs and asset owners. The role requires current or recent 11–33 kV Senior Authorised Person status, site travel, a full UK driving licence, and weekend and on-call availability.

Leads global cybersecurity architecture across IT and OT environments, including architecture roadmaps, standards, solution design, governance, technology improvements, risk remediation, threat intelligence, incident response, penetration testing, and cyber accreditation. Partners with stakeholders, suppliers, and technical authorities to improve resilience and security while supporting client cyber health-check services and periodically visiting operational sites.

Manages renewable energy asset onboarding, additional-services projects, cyber assessments, contractor oversight, compliance, budgets, and operational improvements across wind, solar, and battery storage portfolios. Coordinates with technical, finance, control center, commercial, and operational technology teams while supporting safety, quality, environmental, and performance standards.
