Own Remitly’s affiliate platform and operational processes from partner approval through launch, tracking, testing, reporting, fraud monitoring, and partner suspension. Coordinate Strategic Partnerships, engineering, creative, legal, fraud, finance, and support teams to prioritize and launch partners cleanly. Maintain platform data integrity, monitor attribution and fraud signals, produce performance reporting, document runbooks, and build scalable AI workflows. The role is measured by launch speed, defect reduction, incident resolution, fraud actions, and partner base quality.

Lead regional creative development across brand and performance campaigns for EMEA and APAC. Own design projects from concept through delivery, direct agencies, optimize creative using data and market insight, ensure global brand quality, and account for localization. Partner with global teams, communicate project risks and timelines, improve creative processes, and coach junior designers.

Investigate complex financial crime cases involving trafficking, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, fraud, and money laundering. Analyze large transaction datasets, conduct OSINT and intelligence research, develop typologies and detection requirements, oversee scenario effectiveness, guide global investigators, and engage law enforcement and FIUs. The role requires independent SQL analysis, defensible investigative writing, strong judgment, and influence across teams without direct reporting authority.
