Lead payments programs across EMEA and APAC, defining product strategy, building operational processes, managing end-to-end implementations with financial partners, driving incident resolution, and defining metrics to measure payments and partner health. Partner closely with product, engineering, operations, and analytics to scale payment methods and improve partner performance.

Own GTM and product-led growth for Remitly Business across UK and EU: drive awareness, SMB acquisition, and early retention. Build scalable acquisition engines and growth loops across paid, SEO, partnerships, community, and PLG. Lead product launches for adoption and revenue, develop localized ICPs, and deploy AI agent workflows to automate research, content, reporting, and competitive monitoring. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and report to Head of Marketing.

Lead compliance programme management for global expansion: plan and govern licensing and regulatory workstreams, manage timelines/risks/resources, prepare executive reporting, maintain audit-ready licensing documentation, build governance frameworks and scalable operating models, and coordinate Compliance with Expansion, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Engineering teams.
