Hunt and close new business across EMEA for Recurly's subscription management platform. Build and manage pipeline, qualify prospects, run end-to-end sales cycles, negotiate and close deals, and collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, Customer Success, Partners and Professional Services.

Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns across AMER and EMEA. Manage campaign performance, AI-accelerated content and analytics, event logistics (EMEA lead, AMER support), budget and vendor relationships, and align activities with sales to drive pipeline and revenue.

As a Customer Success Manager II, you will cultivate relationships with mid-sized accounts, guide customers in utilizing Recurly, drive subscription growth, and ensure retention and satisfaction through strategic engagement and support.
